This site (claude-plugins.riasistemas.com.br) and the waitlist for the cloud version of the plugins.

The local plugins (WhatsApp and Instagram) are open source and run on your computer: messages go straight between your machine and Meta, without passing through RIA. The cloud version will have its own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, shown before you sign up.

On the waitlist: your email; the business type, DMs-per-week range and country you choose; the page language; where you came from (for example, the plugin link or a referring site); whether and when you agreed to marketing email; and the version of this policy in force.

We don't ask for your name, phone or Instagram account data. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies: only a technical cookie (ria-locale) that remembers your language.

To tell you when the cloud version opens and offer the founding-member deal to people on the list: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b); LGPD art. 7, V).

To understand demand in aggregate and prioritize the product: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f); LGPD art. 7, IX).

To send news and offers by email, only if you tick that box: consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); LGPD art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time.

We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Processors working on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (site hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery), both in the United States. International transfers rely on these providers' contractual safeguards (GDPR chapter V; LGPD art. 33).

We may also share data with authorities when the law requires it.

Until the cloud version opens and for up to 12 months after that, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it; the consent record may be kept as long as needed to prove it.

You can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing, withdraw consent and object to processing (LGPD art. 18). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have your GDPR rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any right, write to privacidade@riasistemas.com.br. We reply within 15 days. To leave the list or stop marketing email, use the link in the email itself or write to the same address.

The site uses HTTPS, and database access is limited to the team members who need it.

The waitlist is meant for businesses and people aged 18 or over.

We publish each new version on this page with its effective date. People on the list are told by email about material changes.
